Shipping & delivery

Packages typically arrive within 1-8 days from the date we receive the payment of the order. 

If the order is not delivered within 30 days from the date by Jesper Wiklund received the payment, consumer is entitled to cancel the order. Then Jesper Wiklund is obliged to refund the payment within 30 days.

IMPORTANT – if a package is returned because the buyer did not claim the package, Jesper wiklund does not send replacements.

Jesper Wiklund is not responsible for any actions taken by customs on your package during delivery. The buyer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to your package. Customs determines these charges, and Jesper Viklund Design has no way of knowing what these charges may be.


Pricing

shipping prices will increase in function to the weight of the package when ordering multiple items.

 

Returns & exchange policy

If you are not happy with the product you can send it back within 14 days after receiving the good(s). Products must be returned in unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition.

The recycled mailer it has a second adhesive strip for you to easy reuse it in your return.

Use you can send back your returns using your local parcel company (we highly recommend using PostNords service Skickadirekt).

Discounted items or products bought during a sale are non-returnable/non-refundable.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

When a product shows factory defects or if we shipped the wrong color or size or any other fault on our part we will pay for the transport costs in the form of a refund.

In all other cases consumer will have to pay for the transport costs of the returned good(s). If applicable a refund or credit to your account will be issued within 15 working days. In case of an exchange and the desired product is not available you will receive a credit memo which has to be redeemed within 3 months.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please write me: hello@jesperwiklund.com
